Original purchase invoice is mandatory for every collection.
Please write the exact defect description of the product. Writing only "NOT WORKING" will not be accepted.
Physically damaged items are not accepted and will be rejected upon verification.
Stickers, glue, ink, writing on items, a removed or defaced serial number or part number, burn marks and similar will be treated as physical damage and will not be approved.
Once the warranty seal is broken, the warranty is void.
RMA approval is valid for 7 to 10 days.
We are not responsible for an RMA device that is not collected within 90 days of the due date.
The customer must return the complete product with all accessories (box, cable, adaptor, etc.).
Regardless of the warranty information above, the final warranty status is confirmed only after a technical assessment of the device.
